A 6 week on line course on using writing for healing, making sense of past events in order to let them go and live now!

Living happily in the present. We search for it, seek it and can see it in others but how can we have a life for ourselves that allows us to let go of the past, not be anxious about the future and live happily in the present? What would your life look that if you could live in the present without fear, without anxiety, with acceptance.
This 6 week on-line writing course takes you on that very journey; slowly and with love and connection in mind.
